Taking a 10 day detox and cleanse is becoming a frequent occurrence among many people who have been blasted with the benefits of this type of weight loss, detox and cleanse method by the media. This type of approach is not advised if you are doing it simply to lose excess weight.

A bit of a luxury item but well worth the investment if your budget can stretch that far – juicer.
