Yet he seems preoccupied with downplaying the severity of this disease and playing up his obligation to doctors, hospitals and other health care workers. Now, this is not necessarily a bad thing, but is it what we need at this time of a pandemic alert when our families are in direct danger.

We, the public, expect some information from him on the very things he doesn't have time to give us…namely, how many infected, how bad this disease is in America right now and what, if any, further precautions we should take.
